The Surfsiders
A cheap attempt by Pickwick Records to cash in on The Beach Boys by getting a load of studio hands together and recording some Beach Boys songs.
If the internet is to be believed, it is utterly terrible, but in a good way.
While we are believing the internet, it is also said that Lou Reed is on some of these tracks.
Their 21st century equivalent are The New Surfsiders.
